Cancellation

We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation. However, multiple last minute cancellations or no call/ no shows can lead to dismissal from the practice.

If your child hasn’t been an active patient in the practice for a period of two years, then they will be considered a new patient, subject to our new patient policy.

Late policy

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for your child/children. Please call our office if you are running late for your child’s appointment. However, we may need to reschedule your child’s appointment if you arrive 15 minutes past your reserved time.
